Babri Masjid case hearing

Rae Bareilly June 24. A Special CBI court today exempted the Unions Ministers, L. K. Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and six others accused in the Babri Masjid demolition case from personal appearance and fixed July 5 as the next date of hearing.

The Judicial Magistrate, Vinod Kumar Singh, exempted the accused from personal appearance for the day and said it would hear arguments on the charges levelled by CBI in the next hearing.
