Fresh NBW issued against JKLF chief

JAMMU JULY 2. The presiding officer, POTA Court, Jammu, P.N. Razdan, has issued a fresh non-bailable warrant (NBW) against the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Yasin Malik, and sent it to the police station concerned for execution.

At its hearing on Tuesday, the court also rejected the plea of advocate Yogesh Bakshi seeking exemption for Mr. Malik from personally appearing in the court in a case relating to the alleged recovery of $ 1 lakh from the latter's aides.
