Innes and Lockyear shared a 180-run third-wicket stand after the Bangladeshis had the young Australians struggling at 20 for two with Tareq Aziz and Mashrafe Mortaza snaring a wicket apiece. Lockyear was caught behind off Mohammad Rafique with the total at 200 and left-hander Innes, a day shy of his 20th birthday, continued with Callum Ferguson (18) in an unbeaten 58-run stand for the fourth wicket. The Australians declared the innings closed with 19 overs remaining in the evening session. Australian right-arm paceman Chris Duval had Javed Omar (8) trapped lbw in the 10th over with the Bangladesh total at 27 before Hannan Shakar (32) and Habibal Bashar (13) steered the tourists to stumps without further loss. Bangladesh collapsed on the last day of a match against a Queensland XI last weekend to open its tour with a loss. The match against the Adelaide-based Australian Cricket Academy lineup at Allan Border Field in Brisbane will be followed by another tour match in Darwin before Bangladesh goes into two Tests and three limited-overs internationals against world No. 1 Australia starting on July 18.
