Speaking at a function here on Friday to felicitate Yashodha Ramachandran, a student of Asha Nilaya School for the Mentally Challenged, for winning a silver medal in the five km. cycling competition and a bronze medal in the one km. cycling competition at the International Special Olympics in Dublin, Ireland, he said mentally challenged children had immense potential. It was essential for the Government and voluntary organisations to support such children, he said. Presiding over the function, the Bishop of CSI-KSD, C.L.
