Mystery fever: MBT leader seeks action against officials

HYDERABAD July 14. The Floor Leader of the Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) in the Legislative Assembly, Amjedullah Khan, has alleged that unhygienic conditions, overflow of sewerage pipelines and polluted water have led to the death of four-year-old Sohail in Chanchalguda division of the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad (MCH).

In a letter to the Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, the MLA urged him to take action against the MCH and the Hyderabad Metrowater Supply and Sewerage Board for not taking precautions when the mystery fever was spreading its tentacles all over the State.
