Sukhbir's home raided

New Delhi July 25. A team of Punjab's Vigilance Bureau raided the official residence of Sukhbir Singh Badal, MP, today, a day after the search of one of his offices in the capital. Scores of sleuths searched the Safdarjung Road house of Mr. Sukhbir Singh, who faces corruption charges. The crackdown is part of investigations into alleged corruption when his father, Parkash Singh Badal, was the Punjab Chief Minister. Details of any seizures were not immediately available. Regretting today's action, Mr. Sukhbir Singh said the raids were ``unwarranted''.
