Pushkaram begins today

HYDERABAD JULY 29. Millions of pilgrims will take a holy dip in the Godavari at different places in Andhra Pradesh during the 12-day-long Pushkaram beginning on Wednesday.

Massive arrangements have been made by the State Government to receive an estimated 30 million people. The Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, will formally launch the mega event at 12.59 p.m. on July 30 at Rajahmundry.
