No to stay on MP's arrest

PATNA AUG. 2. The District and Sessions Judge of Siwan, Abhijit Sinha, today refused to stay the arrest of the Rashtriya Janata Dal MP, Md. Shahbuddin, but deferred to August 7 the hearing on his petition for anticipatory bail.
