Ready to surrender: Shahbuddin

NEW DELHI AUG. 3. The controversial RJD MP from Siwan, Bihar, Mohammed Shahbuddin, against whom an arrest warrant has been issued in a kidnapping case, today told Aaj Tak from Gorakhpur that he was ready to surrender but alleged that action was being initiated against him by the Director-General of Police, D. P. Ojha, for ``cheap publicity''. — PTI
