Cheating like hell: Lyngdoh

NEW DELHI AUG. 6. The Chief Election Commissioner, J.M. Lyngdoh, said today that simultaneous polls to the Lok Sabha and the State Assemblies would lead to "cheating like hell" which cannot be tackled and the idea was of anti-democratic character. However, the Commission was prepared to hold the Lok Sabha polls anytime if the situation demanded. — PTI
