Laloo allowed to visit Pak.

NEW DELHI AUG. 8. The Supreme Court today permitted the former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD leader, Laloo Prasad Yadav, to visit Pakistan from August 9 to 11 as member of a Parliamentary delegation after he gave an undertaking not to question the continuance of the trial and recording of evidence in the `fodder scam cases' in his absence. A three-Judge Bench, comprising Justice S.N. Variava, Justice P. Venkatarama Reddi and Justice Ashok Bhan, however, asked Mr. Yadav to return to India by August 17 and deposit his passport with the CBI in Patna by August 18.
