New director for road sector project

CHENNAI Aug. 9. The Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project will have a new project director. T.K. Ramachandran, now Director of Small Savings and Raffles, will be the new chief. He replaces P. Rama Mohan Rao, who was holding additional charge. T. Murthy, an Indian Postal Service Officer, takes over as Small Savings Director.

Chandrakant S. Kamble, Joint Chief Electoral Officer and Joint Secretary, Public (Elections), has been posted as Director of Sericulture, Salem, and Santhosh Babu, former Sivaganga Collector, has been posted as Additional Labour Commissioner.
