Train derails

Pune Aug. 10. Passengers of the Delhi-bound Goa-Nizamuddin Express had a miraculous escape as six bogies of the train derailed in Satara district of Maharashtra in the wee hours today.

There was no casualty in the mishap which took place near Adarki around 1.50 a.m., when the train, crossed a ghat section, the Central Railway P.R.O., Suhas Lohkare, told PTI.

The affected bogies were detached from the train, which resumed its onward journey with the passengers accommodated in other coaches.
