3 tribals shot dead

Purnea (Bihar) Aug. 12. Activists of the North Liberation Army (NLA) activists gunned down three tribals and injured seven at Kaspara village in this district late last night.

The Police Superintendent, A. K. Verma, said here today that the activists attacked the village under Dhamdaha sub-division and opened indiscriminate fire, killing three persons on the spot and injuring seven. He said the reason behind the killing was an old land dispute.
