Kidnapped boy returns

PATNA Aug. 13. The seven-year-old schoolboy, Siddhant Parmar, who was kidnapped on July 24, returned home to the surprise of his parents and the police today.

The nephew of the Sugarcane Minister, Raghvendra Pratap Singh, and son of a bank officer, Sanjay Singh, was let off by his abductors at almost the same spot from where he was picked up, enabling him to return home on his own
