Last week, the District and Sessions Judge had rejected his anticipatory bail petition which he had sought in the wake of the DGP, D.P. Ojha's order for execution of the arrest warrant in the Munna Chaudhary murder case (CPI-ML activist) of 2001 about a fortnight ago. Accompanied by the Minister of State for Welfare, Ejajul Haq, whose role the police is probing in one of the murder cases, the RJD MP addressed his supporters on his way to court.
