By A. Subramani
Earlier in the day, the Chief Justice, B. Subhashan Reddy, nominated them, pursuant to an August 5 Supreme Court order. The apex court mandated them to "decide the representations of the employees without taking into consideration the ordinance amending Section 7 (dismissal) of the Act, and as far as possible in accordance with Conduct Rules (for Government employees) and equity". A government order today asked the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department to `transfer the connected representations (submitted by the staff) and other papers urgently to the retired judges'.
