LeT planned attack

Katra (Udhampur) Aug. 17. Security agencies have made a breakthrough in the first-ever attack on Vaishno Devi pilgrims last month with the smashing of a Lashkar-e-Taiba cell in the remote hills and the arrest of Mohd. Yosuf alias Mitha, who was responsible for lobbing two grenades on July 21 night at Katra which killed six persons and injured 38.
