'Trishul Diksha' plan foiled

LUCKNOW AUG. 21. The administration today foiled a Vishwa Hindu Parishad programme of `Trishul Diksha' in Bareilly district where the VHP leader, Pravinbhai Togadia, had been invited to address the participants.

Mr. Togadia himself had been served with a notice banning his entry into the district. A State Home Department spokesperson told newspersons here that Mr. Togadia had not reached Bareilly till this afternoon.
