Charge against Escorts

New Delhi Aug. 21. Income Tax authorities today conducted a ``survey'' at half-a-dozen places in the national capital region and Chandigarh against the Escorts Group of Hospitals for alleged illegal appropriation of assets to the tune of crores of rupees.

The ``survey'' expected to be completed by early tomorrow, was being carried out at the Escorts Hospital in South Delhi and company's headquarters at Faridabad in Haryana and Chandigarh, informed sources said. — PTI
