Elgi Equipments in pact with U.S. firm

COIMBATORE: The Coimbatore-based Elgi Equipments, manufacturers of air compressors, has entered into a business partnership with a U.S.-based company, according to a release. The collaborating company is the largest compressor manufacturer in the U.S. for professional category compressors and their initial requirements are expected to be 45,000 units a year, adds the release. — Our Staff Reporter
