COIMBATORE: The registration of women from Coimbatore on naukari.com, a job site, increased by seven per cent during the past three months. Of the total registrations to the site being generated from Coimbatore, 24 per cent is from women, according to a naukari.com release. Of the total registrations on the site, women's share is 34 per cent in education/training sector and 26 per cent in software and IT enabled services. One of the sectors which has seen an increase recently is banking and financial services where 21 per cent registrations are from women. Similarly, advertising/event management/PR sector too has witnessed a steady rise of 18 per cent in registrations from women.
