Ex-envoy held

London Aug. 22. A former Iranian ambassador to Argentina, wanted there in connection with the 1994 bombing of a Jewish cultural centre, which claimed 85 lives, has been arrested in the U.K., media reports said today. Hadi Soleimanpour (47) was arrested yesterday on an extradition warrant in northern England, where he works as a research assistant at the Durham University. — PTI
