On the third and final day of the quarterfinal duels here on Saturday, ONGC left-arm spinner Rahul Sanghvi and Railways off-spinner Kulamani Parida scalped six batsmen each, IOC's S. Mahesh (four for 53 and 98) produced a telling all-round performance, and S. Badrinath (SPIC-TNCA) and Yere Goud (Railways) were dismissed in their 90s. The scores: Hyderabad 110 & 176 for nine lost to SPIC-TNCA 74 & 215 for three in 43.5 overs (S. Ramesh 72, S. Badrinath 99), at MAC. IOC 233 & 239 in 44.2 overs (H. Kinikar 28, S. Mahesh 98, S. Kulkarni 26, K. Parida six for 68, S. Sahu three for 58) drew with Indian Railways 274 for seven in 90 overs (Y. Goud 97, B. Thakkar 55, Mahesh four for 53) & 132 for four in 33 overs (Rakshan Rai 36, Dheeraj Sharma 56, Abbas Ali three for 43), at SRMC. TNCA President's XI 164 & 53 for one in eight overs (Jesubabu Honeymen 41 not out) drew with Indian Airlines 230 for eight in 90 overs (R.R. Parida 60, Shafique Khan 121 not out, V. Arun Kumar three for 71), at CPT-IP. Combined Districts 239 & 139 in 28.3 overs (Jaffer Ashique Ali 25, E. Suresh 30, Petson Mathew 28, Amit Uniyal four for 43, Rahul Sanghvi six for 67) lost to ONGC 314 & 67 for four in 11.5 overs (Joginder 26), at ICL-Guru Nanak.
