Blood donation camp

NEW DELHI AUG. 23. The Northern Sector of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society today organised a blood-donation camp at CRPF Detachment Hospital in R.K. Puram.

As many as 125 CRPF personnel including women donated blood at the camp. The blood-donation camp was inaugurated by the Inspector General of Police, Northern Sector, CRPF, Padman Singh.

The CRPF since its inception in 1939 has also been doing philanthropic work like providing relief during floods, earthquakes, fires and other natural calamities.
