Releasing the report submitted by the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) here on Sunday, the Union Minister of State for Railways, Bandaru Dattatreya, said the station master was found to have erred in not giving the signals properly and the pointsman misjudged in setting the points right for the train to travel on the loopline.The accident was caused by the train going on the main line where a goods train was already stationed.
