Sir, — This refers to Changing face of Pune schools (Aug. 22). P. A. Inamdar's method will helpthe Muslim community move forward.

Sir, — Improving the academic merit of the less privileged, and resource-poor sections of society through special efforts will increase their competence and make reservation redundant in times to come. The fact that teachers from the RSS-run schools helped the efforts of a progressive Muslim is a matter of great hope for communal harmony.
