Letters to the Editor
Sir, The exposé involving the former Union Minister, Dilip Singh Judev, is sure to open another can of worms. Just a few days ago, the CVC reportedly complained to the Prime Minister that some Central Ministers were demanding favours from the PSUs. This in a Government that has claimed time and again that it is `clean.'
Bidyut Kumar Chatterjee,
* * * Sir, The heat generated over the exposé is premature. The practice of forcing resignations even before the crime has been established is a gimmick resorted to by all politicians. With the exception of the Bofors issue, which was responsible for the Congress' rout, we have countless examples of leaders surviving and thriving despite heaps of corruption charges against them.
Kanwar Pal Singh Chauhan,
