The party said the CBI should have registered a first information report instead of adopting "dilatory'' tactics and said it would raise the issue in the coming winter session of Parliament. "With Mr. Judev, having admitted to the facts in the video, the CBI should register an FIR. Instead, the Bureau has instituted a preliminary inquiry'', the Congress chief spokesperson, S. Jaipal Reddy said. Meanwhile, the CPI (M) said if the religious chant "Har Har Mahadev'' is often misappropriated by the RSS to whip up a communal frenzy, its political arm, the Bharatiya Janata Party seems to have transformed the slogan into "Har Har Judev''. Advani, claiming credit for handing over the matter to the CBI, it wanted the ``conspiracy'' behind such a "sting operation'' also to be probed.
