Kale can play: court
PUNE
NOV. 28.
A local Civil Court today restrained the Cricket Board from barring Maharashtra cricketer, Abhijit Kale, from playing matches without holding an inquiry into the bribery allegations.
The District Civil Court Judge, V.D. Kulkarni, after hearing the arguments of both Abhijit Kale and the BCCI issued the temporary injunction restraining the board from suspending the player from cricket matches, including the Ranji Plate Division and other tournaments conducted by the BCCI. PTI
