Sir, Pension for all MPs irrespective of tenure is astounding when such benefits are not given to even Central Government employees unless they work for a minimum number of years. Even the family pension is too meagre. Pension benefits like `commutation' after surviving for 15 years is difficult to get as the banks are least interested in getting the benefits disbursed. Under such circumstances, is the move necessary? K. Eapen Thomas, Hyderabad
