Governor-designate bereaved

JAIPUR, JULY 6. The wife of the Gujarat Governor-designate, Nawal Kishore Sharma, Munni Devi, died here today.

She breathed her last at the SMS Hospital, where she was admitted with acute septicaemia a few days ago.

Mr. Sharma and his son, Brij Kishore, a member of the State Assembly, were at her side when the end came this afternoon, sources said. — PTI
