NEW DELHI, OCT. 14. The West Bengal Human Development Report, 2004, has bagged the National Human Development Report (NHDR) award for ``Excellence in Quality Analysis''. The Report is one of the seven winners of the 2004 global United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) awards for human development.
