By Luv Puri

SRINAGAR, NOV. 24. After a gap of 15 years, cinema has returned to the Kashmir Valley heralding a new chapter for the entertainment-starved people. A film festival is under way here at the Broadway cinema near the Army cantonment. It has become the talk of the town and the people, particularly the youth, are thronging the cinema.
