VISAKHAPATNAM, DEC. 8. Maya Mira (Kolkata) and Mohota (Nagpur) topped their respective groups with 108 VPs after the fifth round of the Swiss league matches in the National bridge championship here today. As many as 161 teams from all over the country are taking part in the event which has an international flavour with a team from Sri Lanka. There will be 16 rounds of preliminary games in the Swiss league after which the top 16 from each group will figure in the pre-quarterfinal round.
Group A: 1. Maya Mira (Kolkata) 108 VPs; 2. Agsar (Chennai) 106; 3. Nalco (Orissa) 100; 4. Dhampur Sugar Mill 99; 5. OSRC `A' (Orissa) 98 and 6. Bharati Bhawan (W. Bengal) 96.
Group B: 1. Mohota (Nagpur) 108; 2. Imam 102; 3. Trambak Rubber (Kolkata) 102; 4. SNDMC (Kolkata) 100; 5. Railway `A' 100 and 6. Tolani Shipping 96.
