Harnamdaspura GHS has it easy

NEW DELHI : Government High School, Harnamdaspura, Jalandhar, beat Thenzawl Higher Secondary School, Mizoram 12-0 in a group 'A' match of the ONGC 24th Nehru sub-junior hockey tournament at the Shivaji Stadium here on Tuesday.

Harjinder Singh (4), Prabhdeep Singh (3), Jaswinder Singh (2), Karanpal Singh, Satbir Singh and Gurminder Singh were the marksmen.

In group `C', GRM Senior Secondary School, Nangloi, defeated NCC, Jalandhar 3-1.

Ajay scored all the three goals for the winner while Ashish Pal Sharma found the target for the Jalandhar team.
