NOIDA: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Saturday recovered three human skulls, a dozen polythene bags containing body parts, clothes and footwear from a drain in front of the house of main accused in the killing of children Moninder Singh at Sector 31 here. A team of forensic experts helped the CBI men in the recovery. With this, the number of skulls recovered has gone up to 20. The police recovered 17 skulls and bones after the killings came to light and a team of forensic experts from Agra recovered 30 bones from the site. The bags contained legs, hands and thighs and clothes, such as frocks and blouses, believed to be that of the victims. They were taken away for forensic tests.
May search main drain
The CBI is likely to search the main drain from the house on Sunday. A week after the Noida police ended their search, the villagers spotted a piece of bone in the main drain on Wednesday last. The police refused to carry out further searches, saying the case had been handed over to the CBI. Five teams of the CBI, along with the forensic team, visited the site on Friday. The CBI took over the probe on Wednesday. It continued the search of the house on Saturday. It is learnt that Moninder Singh and his domestic help Surender were separately taken in and around the house for about two hours and interrogated.
