  1. The Government of India have received a loan in Million Japanese Yens 16049 from J.B.I.C., Japan towards the cost of K.C. Canal Modernisation Project and intend a part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contracts, for construction of works as detailed below. Bidders registered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and with other State Governments, Government of India, State and Central Government Undertakings are eligible to bid for works. The invitation for Bids is also open to all bidders from the eligible source countries as defined in the JBIC guidelines for procurement. The eligible source countries for procurement of all goods and services for this contract shall be all countries and all areas.

  2. The Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle No.III, KCCMP, Nandyal, Kurnool District, A.P., India invites Bids for the Construction of Works detailed in the table.

  3. Bid Documents (in 3 sets) may be purchased from the 1) Office of the Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle No.III, KCCMP, Nandyal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, India and also 2) Tenders Sub-division in Engineer in Chief Office, I & CAD Department, Errammanzil, Hyderabad, A.P., India, from the dates indicated in the table by Cash or by Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled Bank payable at Nandyal and Cuddapah respectively in favour of Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, TGP, Nandyal and Cuddapah respectively for items 1, 2 & 3 for a non-refundable fee as indicated in the table. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the same address. Bid documents requested by mail will be despatched by Registered/Speed Post on payment of an extra amount of Rs.1000/- in India and Rs.3000/- outside India. The Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle No.III, KCCMP, Nandyal, Kurnool District, A.P., India will not be held responsible for the postal delay if any in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same.

  4. Further information shall be had from the Bid documents.

  5. The Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle No.III, KCCMP, Nandyal, Kurnool District, A.P., India reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason therefor.
