Compulsory paper

Sir, — With reference to the article, "Relevant inclusion in the curriculum" by Mr. Rajesh Kumar, (Education Page, Feb.19), I wish to share the information that for the first time in the country, all universities in Karnataka have decided to introduce a compulsory 100 marks paper at the under graduate level on Indian constitution. I would like to suggest that from the forthcoming academic year, the same idea may be followed by all other States in the country.
