The story portrays the travails of the protagonist, Ranjani. An optimist and a soft-natured girl, she goes out of her way to help those in distress.
She meets Kalyan, an architect who is committed to his objectives, when he comes to her house with his friends and relatives to seek her hand in marriage. And it is from here that the tension starts.
Ranjani wants to tell Kalyan a secret, but her father stops her and makes her promise that she would never reveal the truth. Kalyan too has a secret, which he wants to tell her but is stopped by his friends. Days roll by and Kalyan confides in Ranjani about his love affair with Madhumitha and the circumstances under which he married Ranjani.
Though shocked initially, Ranjani vows to find out the reason behind Kalyan and Madhumitha's break-up. Tune in to see whether Ranjani succeeds in her mission?
