Annual festival

THE PAPANASAM Sivan Karnataka Sangeetha Sabha, Madipakkam, (Ph: 247 3330; 247 1521), is celebrating its 13th Music Festival from January 2 to 12 at Sree Sath Sanga Sankara Hall. This 11-day festival features music concerts by eminent artistes. At the inauguration on the first day (January 2, 5.30 p.m.) nadaswara vidwan Seshampatti T. Sivalingam was presented with the Papanasam Sivan Award.
