The Pagal Paththu Rapaththu Utsavam (7.30 p.m.) at Sri Prasanna Venkata Narasimha Perumal Temple, Perumal Koil St., Saidapet, is being celebrated. ‘Govardhana Giri’ on Dec.28 and ‘Svabhavam Rapaththu’ on Dec.29 will be follow ed by ‘Svabhavam Iyarpa Satrumurai’ on Dec 30.
