tapathy, vice-chancellor, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha (Deemed University), Tirupati, will preside. Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti and K.R.V.Ramani (MD, Quality Inn Sabari) will be the chief guests. G. Parameswara Dikshitar (Atharva Veda), Chidambaram, will be honoured on the occasion. Va.Ve.Su., retired principal, RKM Vivekananda College, Mylapore, offers felicitations.
Preceding the inauguration, Vyasarpadi G. Kothandaraman presents a nagaswaram recital (3.30 p.m.)
Following the vote of thanks, Vedic chanting (Atharva Veda) will be held at 6.45 p.m. At 7 p.m. Vasudha Ravi’s vocal concert has been organised. The accompanists include L. Ramakrishnan (violin), Delhi Sriram (mridangam), H. Prasanna (ghatam).
