Chandigarh (PTI): Two persons were killed and five others injured when the three-wheeler they were travelling in collided with a truck in Mankia village, near Ramgarh Fort in Haryana's Panchkula district on Tuesday, hospital and police sources said.

The incident occurred in the afternoon 3 km ahead of Ramgarh, Panchkula's Superintendent of Police, Sandeep Khirwar said. All the injured were rushed to Panchkula's Sector 6 Civil Hospital.

"Two men were brought dead to the hospital. The condition of three others is still serious," the hospital's Medical Superintendent, Dr Sanjay Bansal said.
