Chennai, (PTI): Raj TV, a popular Tamil and Telegu satellite television channel, plans to start a Hindi channel in November this year, a top official of the channel said on Monday.

Raj TV Director, M Ravindaran, told a press conference here that it would be an entertainment-cum-music channel.

Raj TV, which already had three channels - Raj, Raj Digital plus, both in Tamil, and Vissa in Telegu, would start Rajmusix, a Tamil music channel dedicated to youth from January 23. It would be followed by music channels in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, he said.

"The new channel (rajmusix) will fulfill the aspirations for the next generation, as it will also beam programmes on lifestyles, besides music," he added.
