Mumbai (PTI): Evergreen Bollywood legend Dev Anand has been invited to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival next month where late Vijay Anand's 'Guide' will be screened in the classics section.

"The dates of the screening will be conveyed to me soon. I am leaving for Scotland on April 15 where I am being felicitated for shooting the first Indian film ever in Scotland 'Main Solah Baras Ki'. I will also release my autobiography in Scotland. My memoirs have got good response all over the world," Dev Anand told PTI here on wednesday.

He said he will be launching his next film 'Chargesheet' on police corruption soon after he returns from Scotland.

"I am in the process of finalising my cast which will be a mix of experienced actors and new faces," he added.
