Madonna to pay tribute to MJ at O2 Arena

Los Angeles (PTI): 'Queen of Pop' Madonna will pay tribute to pop icon Michael Jackson in a commemorative concert at London's O2 Arena on Saturday, the same venue which was to host the King of Pop's grand comeback.

The 'Material Girl' decided to turn her London concert at O2 Arena into a tribute show in honour of the singer whom she had described as "one of the greats", reported Ace Showbiz.

Details of the sold out show are yet to be disclosed, but the 50-year-old put out two rehearsal pictures on her official website in a bid to give a sneak peek on what to expect from this concert.

The picture shows a dancer in the likeness of Jackson challenging Madonna to a dance-off.

Previously, Madonna had expressed her sorrow at the sudden death of Michael Jackson saying, "I can't stop crying over the sad news. I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever! My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless."
