Qualification : Should be Graduates. Familarity with different recovery processess & liasoning with concerned agencies. Should have good oral &written communications in local language & knowle dge of computer operation.Additional degree will be useful.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in following up for loan instalment recovery.
