Qualification : You should be Graduate/MBAS. You will be responsible for re- cruiting a team of 25 Life Insurance advisors for achieving Insurance Policy sales. You will have opportunities of atten ding overseas conventions &participating in contest&programs
Experience : 2-4 Years of frontline sales experience. Exp. of leading and managing a team would be preferred. Unit Managers should be self driven & result oriented persons.
