Qualification	:	Strong knowledge of C/C++, Basics, Operating Systems and Networking. Knowledge of High end database, operating system, Client/server developement concepts. Strong knowled- ge SQL/Oracle specific troubleshooting tools.
Experience	:	2-8 Years of exp. in Product support, having exceptional skills in core data base concepts, Recovery Models, Indexing relationships, Integrity, Optimisation etc. Should have good troubleshooting skills.Clarity in technical communication.
